You deserve to know exactly how Thecharges Septic works and how we get paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Thecharges Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not do septic tank pumping, septic system or drain field repair, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work.
When you call the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers in your area.
Providers or marketing partners may pay Thecharges Septic for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Thecharges Septic. Each provider alone is responsible for:
Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check licenses, ask for a written quote and compare other quotes before you decide.
Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
